OP Specialist
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- WMS system operation(Experience is not required)
- Receive customers instruction and let warehouse know what they need to do
- Inbound appointment scheduling
- Truck quoting and booking
- Organize documents and records
- Answer incoming phone calls
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English is a must
- Familiar with Windows, Microsoft excel, Word, Outlook
- Patience, detailed-oriented, calm, and work well under pressire are required
- Logistics experience is preferred but not required
NOTE:
- Company will provide housing if willing to relocate to GA
